
I received your
announcement today announcing another strategic partner for Courtesy
Computers. As I thought about it this afternoon I realized that
Insurance agents and brokers should formalize strategic partnerships
with companies such as Courtesy in addition to insurance companies, and
promote this strategic partnership on their websites and in marketing
materials.
Organizations like
Courtesy Computers are key ingredients to not only our success but for
the benefit of our clients. As you know, we have only been a Courtesy
Customer since November 2003. The prospect of selecting an IT company
to replace our former company (after the sudden death of our IT person
who was also a very close and dear personal friend of mine) was
daunting.
Although I initially had
concerns about the geographical distance separating our office, those
fears were quickly abated in the first month of our new relationship
when we unfortunately had a server crash of epic proportions the day
before the 5 day Thanksgiving holiday!
The initial survey work
done by you and your very capable staff helped immensely in getting to
know our network and diagnosing what ultimately ended up being a bad
video card (who would have believed that!).
I will never forget how
you were able to get a local tech from the IT partner company here in MA
within less than 2 hours on Thanksgiving eve (who stayed for 4 or 5
hours until almost 7:00p that night trying to sort out the problem).
Nor will I ever forget how you had one of your senior techs from FL on
site that Saturday who got us up and running in time for business on
that Monday.
As a business owner, I
rest very comfortably having Courtesy Computers looking after our
network and data. When it comes to IT Consulting,
we happily count on Courtesy for everything! And the best part is that
our IT costs have become a small footnote on our P&L due to your remote
monitoring, remote tech capabilities and your 24 x 7 network services.
I would be delighted to
